You do not have to go through the process of all the red tape and the pressures of staff having to meet a certain target of clients within one day. We provide a relax and professional service that does not restrict you from what you want to gain in your life or the improvements you want to make.
We will keep a record on our file, to continuously update your visual progress and you are always welcome to stay in contact with us and vice versa, when the programme has finished.
1st - Contact Us You will then have the options of an Introductory Meeting or talk over the phone. Most people usually prefer to meet.
2nd - The Introductory Meeting will be held at an open venue, that is suitable for both parties to attend. There will be a Profile Sheet to fill in, a small donation will be paid, to cover your support over a period of 6 months*.
3rd - In regards to Family Support, the person that has contacted us, will be the person that we support. All the above can apply depending on the situation. If we are working with the whole of the family, we encourage a 5hrs compulsory work programme once a fortnight.
4th - You will then leave feeling satisfied with our service or continue until you are satisfied
*If you are under 25 and you have a support worker then they could make the donation for you.
